I have an order in progress. What happens?
It ships as normal, in a SAKRI box.
I own something from Oyster Bay. Is it discontinued?
No. It's a SAKRI piece now. Nothing in the collection changed - no designs retired, no prices changed, no materials swapped.
Can you still repair or restring something I bought before?
Always. Same hands, and I keep records of everything I've made. Write to vvr@sakristudio.com and I'll look after it.
Does oyster-bay.dk still work?
Yes, it redirects here permanently. Old links, old bookmarks and old order confirmations all still work.
Why the change?
The long answer is on the story page. The short answer is that I was given a name that described what I already do, and it took me a while to use it.
